FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS / POLICIES

 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC: Most orders ship out in 1-3 days. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL: Most orders ship out in 1-3 days. Please allow for 2-4 weeks for delivery.

*GritFit Apparel is not responsible for items lost in transit. Once the USPS accepts the package, we no longer have control of its delivery. Please direct all questions regarding missing items to the USPS.

EXCHANGES

If you need an exchange due to the wrong size, please email tory@gritfitapparel.com. As long as we have the size you want in stock, we can swap it out for you if it’s unused, unwashed and unworn. Buyer pays return shipping fees. 

If we shipped you the wrong size or style. PLEASE email tory@gritfitapparel.com. We take great care in packaging our orders and want to be sure that our customers are getting what they’ve ordered. We will resolve the error on a case by case basis.

INVENTORY

Our inventory is updated as quickly as possible. However, there may be instances when an item is out of stock even if not indicated on the website. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible.

RETURNS

30 Day Return Policy

If you would like to return the item you purchased, please email tory@gritfitapparel.com. Returns are accepted within the 30 day period of purchase as long as the item is unused, unwashed and unworn. Returns are only accepted for online store purchases. Any item purchased at an event booth will not be accepted for returns. 

*Please note that variations of color are possible from screen to screen. Refunds can not be given if an item was shipped with an active tracking number and has not reached the buyer due to USPS error. Please contact the USPS directly to resolve this issue.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you have changed your mind prior to the order being shipped, please email us and you will receive a full refund.
